FITNESS TRAINING for EQUESTRIANS
Anyone can "get fit", but getting fit to master the complexities of equestrian sport and to be able to ride in complete harmony with your horse is a little more specific.
Riders require not only cardiovascular fitness , but also balance,
dynamic strength,flexibility,co-ordination,body awareness and acute proprioception.
Without these attributes, the rider may well remain tense, unbalanced, uncoordinated and will frequently blame the horse.
I offer both one to one and small group training sessions with the simple aim of improving your riding and performance .
