Fitness Classes

Having lived and worked in a farming and equestrian community I found that offering flexibility with classes works.

SO : I can come to you and run a class of your choice

 OR  : I also have a class timetable .(Please see below)



1. "CHALLENGE" CIRCUIT- Outdoors - Challenge Crew  don't do cosy gyms. 







You might get a bit wet and muddy!


2. CIRCUIT TRAINING - Indoors - Total Body Conditioning 

3. CORE TRAINING - Vital for  all activity, sports  and posture.

4. POWER STRETCH and MOBILITY- incorporating Stick Mobility


6. A combination of the above
